1. What the system may do
- Draft or send communications using customer-approved information and permissions.
- Coordinate availability, scheduling and rescheduling.
- Organise candidate statements and workflow evidence.
- Identify missing information or operational next steps.
- Prepare a structured handoff for authorised human review.
2. What the system must not do
- Make final or consequential employment decisions on its own.
- Change hiring criteria without authorised human action.
- Infer protected characteristics or use them unlawfully.
- Represent uncertain, generated or incomplete information as verified fact.
- Conceal the use of AI where disclosure is legally or contractually required.
3. Information used
Depending on customer configuration, the platform may process job requirements, approved evaluation criteria, candidate-provided information, communications, scheduling information, interview evidence and workflow actions. Customers determine the lawful scope and remain responsible for the data and instructions they provide.
4. Human review and contestability
Customers should ensure qualified people review relevant evidence, uncertainty, source links and contextual factors before making decisions. Candidates should receive a practical route to request correction, raise concerns or seek human review through the recruiting organisation.
5. Accuracy and limitations
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or affected by input quality. It should not be treated as objective truth. Customers must test configurations, monitor outcomes, investigate errors and apply appropriate safeguards for the jurisdictions in which they recruit.
6. Responsibilities
Tymivo is responsible for the platform controls described in customer agreements. Enterprise customers are responsible for their hiring purposes, lawful basis, notices, criteria, users, human decisions and local employment-law compliance.
7. Questions or concerns
Questions about Tymivo’s AI design may be sent to [email protected]. Candidates with a specific application concern should first contact the organisation responsible for that hiring process.
