Provider list pending production procurement

The final named subprocessor register will be published before customer production data is processed. This page currently describes provider categories and the intended notification process without inventing supplier names.

1. What a subprocessor is

Where Tymivo acts as a processor for an enterprise customer, a subprocessor is a provider engaged to process personal data on Tymivo’s behalf in support of the contracted service.

2. Expected categories

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
  • Database, storage, backup and content-delivery services.
  • Transactional email, communications and customer-support tools.
  • Monitoring, logging, security and incident-response services.
  • Enterprise integrations enabled or instructed by the customer.

3. Provider review

Before use for production personal data, providers should be assessed for role, data location, security, confidentiality, deletion, incident notification and appropriate contractual safeguards.

4. Changes and objections

Enterprise agreements may provide advance notice of new subprocessors and a process for raising reasonable data-protection objections. The applicable customer agreement controls.

5. Current register

Until the named register is published, enterprise customers may request current procurement information from [email protected].
