1. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

2. Where to send a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data rights request”. Describe the information or service involved and the right you wish to exercise. Do not send unnecessary identity documents in the first message.

3. Customer recruiting data

If your request concerns an application or recruiting process run by another organisation, contact that organisation first. It is usually the controller and can identify the relevant recruitment record. Tymivo will assist enterprise customers with verified requests where required by contract and law.

4. Identity and authority

We may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing or changing personal data. An authorised representative may submit a request, but we may ask for evidence of authority.

5. Timing and response

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law. If a request is complex, repeated or involves another controller, we will explain any permitted extension or next step.

6. Complaints

You may raise concerns with us first so we can investigate. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk.
